Our recently renovated one bedroom apartment is situated ideally in the highly sought after eastern side of Nerja, close to the Parador. This area is the older and more traditional part of Nerja. It is also widely regarded as the town's most favourable location.
It’s large corner balcony (table and 4 chairs plus 2 recliners) is accessed by patio doors from both the sitting room and the bedroom. From one side has side sea view, and the other side, a view of the Sierra Almijara mountain range. The communal pool (open Easter to October) and garden is a lovely place to relax with breathtaking sea views.
Due to the apartment's central location care hire isn't needed for getting around. The famous ‘Balcon de Europa’, with its impressive views across the Mediterranean, is a leisurely 5 - 10 minute stroll away. Only meters from the apartment, is the beautiful Carabeillo beach, accessed down a walkway set into the side of the cliff. Burriana beach is a further 5 minute walk. Acceptable for people with slight mobilty problems as elevator available.
